A Way to Light
The Project
Description
A WAY TO LIGHT is a project we made during the DBGA Online Blended course for Game Design.
It's an adventure puzzle game where the player aims to cross a dark lifeless world without lights by solving puzzles with their light and making the world bright again.

-
The player interacts with some objects by throwing the light.
-
The light has the power to restore the functionality of an object and the life of skeletons.
-
The functions of the objects are the keys to solving environmental puzzles and proceeding to the next area.
-
Some skeletons are friendly and help the player with tips for a puzzle or tell a story about the place through a dialogue system.
-
Some skeletons are hostile and attack the player with a weapon.
-
Defend from them using weapons that can be found on the ground or traps that could be activated with the light.
-
At the end of the journey, the player will face the dark entity that stole the world's light and will restore the world by beating them.
